1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we process it within 1–2 business days.
Shipping times depend on the destination:
- Domestic orders: typically 2–5 business days
- International orders: usually 7–14 business days, not including customs clearance times
If you need your item urgently, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting vogliajewelry@gmail.com
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped and cannot be modified.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — at Voglia, we gladly accept returns, exchanges, or store credit under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized pieces are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. How do I start a return or exchange?
Before returning any item, please email vogliajewelry@gmail.com to receive a return authorization and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without authorization or that don’t meet our policy conditions may be refused.
5. Who covers the shipping costs for returns or exchanges?
For domestic returns or exchanges, customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Voglia ships worldwide.
International shipping rates, customs duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.
We’ll assist you in resolving it quickly — through repair, replacement, or return.
8. How is my jewelry packaged?
Every Voglia piece is carefully packed in our signature branded packaging, designed to protect your jewelry during shipping and ensure a beautiful unboxing experience.
9. Do you offer warranty or jewelry care services?
We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (duration may vary depending on the piece).
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, or alterations made by a third party.
To keep your jewelry shining, avoid contact with chemicals, store it in its pouch, and clean it gently with a soft cloth.
10. Do you offer resizing or repairs?
Yes. We offer resizing (when applicable) and repair services for eligible items.

11. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this number to follow your order’s progress until it arrives at your destination.
12. What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you right away. You’ll have the option to:
- Wait for it to be restocked
- Choose a similar product
- Receive a full refund
