•              Before returning an item, please contact vogliajewelry@gmail.com to receive a return authorization and instructions.

•              Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

•              Custom-made and personalized pieces are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

•              Voglia Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or repair if the item does not meet these conditions.
